1 Coríntios 16

1E quanto à coleta que se faz para os santos, fazei também como ordenei às igrejas da Galácia.

1Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye.

2Cada primeiro dia da semana, cada um de vós ponha alguma coisa à pate, reservando para isso conforme a prosperidade que tiver obtido, para que, quando eu vier, não se façam coletas.

2Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.

3E quando eu vier, enviarei aos que por cartas aprovardes, para que levem vossa doação para Jerusalém.

3And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by your letters, them will I send to bring your liberality unto Jerusalem.

4E se for necessário que eu também vá, irão comigo.

4And if it be meet that I go also, they shall go with me.

5Mas virei até vós, depois de passar pela Macedônia (porque passarei pela Macedônia).

5Now I will come unto you, when I shall pass through Macedonia: for I do pass through Macedonia.

6E pode ser que eu fique um tempo convosco ou também passar o inverno, para que me envieis para onde quer que eu for.

6And it may be that I will abide, yea, and winter with you, that ye may bring me on my journey whithersoever I go.

7Porque eu não quero vos ver agora apenas de passagem; mas espero ficar convosco por algum tempo, se o Senhor o permitir.

7For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permit.

8Porém ficarei em Éfeso até o Pentecostes.

8But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost.

9Porque uma porta grande e eficaz se abriu para mim, e há muitos adversários.

9For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.

10E se vier Timóteo, olhai para que ele esteja sem temor convosco; porque assim como eu, ele também faz a obra do Senhor.

10Now if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear: for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do.

11Portanto ninguém o despreze; mas enviai-o em paz, para que ele venha a mim; porque eu o espero com os irmãos.

11Let no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come unto me: for I look for him with the brethren.

12E quanto ao irmão Apolo, muito roguei que ele viesse com os irmãos até vós; mas ele de maneira nenhuma teve vontade de vir por agora; porém oferecendo-se a ele boa oportunidade, ele virá.

12As touching our brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come unto you with the brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come when he shall have convenient time.

13Vigiai, ficai firmes na fé, sede corajosos, e vos esforçai.

13Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.

14Todas as vossas coisas sejam feitas em amor.

14Let all your things be done with charity.

15Vós sabeis que os da casa de Estéfanas foram os primeiros da Acaia, e que eles têm se dedicado ao trabalho dos santos; rogo-vos, pois, irmãos,

15I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,)

16Que também vos sujeiteis a eles, e a todo aquele que opera e trabalha junto conosco.

16That ye submit yourselves unto such, and to every one that helpeth with us, and laboureth.

17E eu me alegro com a vinda de Estéfanas, e de Fortunato, e de Acaico, porque estes supriram o que de vossa parte me faltava.

17I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied.

18Porque eles confortaram meu espírito, e também o vosso. Então reconhecei aos tais.

18For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.

19As igrejas da Ásia vos saúdam. Áquila e Priscila vos saúdam-vos afetuosamente no Senhor, e também a igreja que está na casa deles.

19The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.

20Todos os irmãos vos saúdam. Saudai-vos uns as outros com beijo santo.

20All the brethren greet you. Greet ye one another with an holy kiss.

21Saudação de minha própria mão, de Paulo.

21The salutation of me Paul with mine own hand.

22Se alguém não ama ao Senhor Jesus Cristo seja anátema. Vem, Senhor.

22If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.

23A graça do Senhor Jesus Cristo esteja convosco.

23The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

24Meu amor esteja com todos vós em Cristo Jesus. Amém. A primeira Carta aos Coríntios foi escrita de Filipos, e enviada por Estéfanas, Fortunato, Acaico e Timóteo
