1E olhei e me voltei para outra parte da terra, e vi ali um vale profundo, com fogo ardente.

1And I looked and turned to another part of the earth, and saw there a deep valley with burning fire.

2E trouxeram os reis e os poderosos, e começaram a lançá-los neste vale profundo.

2And they brought the kings and the mighty, and began to cast them into this deep valley.

3E ali os meus olhos viram como fizeram destes os seus instrumentos: cadeias de ferro de peso imensurável.

3And there mine eyes saw how they made these their instruments, iron chains of immeasurable weight.

4E perguntei ao anjo da paz que ia comigo, dizendo: Para quem se preparam estas cadeias?

4And I asked the angel of peace who went with me, saying: ‘For whom are these chains being prepared?’

5E ele me disse: Estas se preparam para os exércitos de Azazel, para que os tomem e os lancem no abismo da completa condenação; e cobrirão as suas mandíbulas com pedras ásperas, como ordenou o Senhor dos Espíritos.

5And he said unto me: ‘These are being prepared for the hosts of Azâzêl, so that they may take them and cast them into the abyss of complete condemnation, and they shall cover their jaws with rough stones as the Lord of Spirits commanded.

6E Miguel, e Gabriel, e Rafael, e Fanuel os agarrarão naquele grande dia, e os lançarão naquele dia na fornalha ardente, para que o Senhor dos Espíritos tome vingança deles pela sua injustiça, em se sujeitarem a Satanás e desviarem os que habitam na terra.

6And Michael, and Gabriel, and Raphael, and Phanuel shall take hold of them on that great day, and cast them on that day into the burning furnace, that the Lord of Spirits may take vengeance on them for their unrighteousness in becoming subject to Satan and leading astray those who dwell on the earth.’

7E naqueles dias virá o castigo da parte do Senhor dos Espíritos, e ele abrirá todas as câmaras das águas que estão acima dos céus, e das fontes que estão debaixo da terra.

7And in those days shall punishment come from the Lord of Spirits, and He will open all the chambers of waters which are above the heavens, and of the fountains which are beneath the earth.

8E todas as águas se juntarão com as águas: a que está acima dos céus é a masculina, e a água que está debaixo da terra é a feminina.

8And all the waters shall be joined with the waters: that which is above the heavens is the masculine, and the water which is beneath the earth is the feminine.

9E destruirão todos os que habitam na terra e os que habitam debaixo dos confins do céu.

9And they shall destroy all who dwell on the earth and those who dwell under the ends of the heaven.

10E, quando tiverem reconhecido a injustiça que praticaram na terra, então por estas perecerão.

10And when they have recognized their unrighteousness which they have wrought on the earth, then by these shall they perish.’
