1E chamei pela segunda vez o mais baixo e disse: Que Arcas saia endurecido; e ele saiu endurecido do invisível (espiritual).

2E Arcas saiu, duro, pesado e muito vermelho.

3E eu disse: Abre-te, Arcas, e que nasça de ti; e ele se desfez, saiu uma era, muito grande e muito escura, trazendo a criação de todas as coisas inferiores, e vi que (era) bom e lhe disse:

4Desce daí para baixo, e firma-te, e sê fundamento para as coisas inferiores; e assim aconteceu, e ele desceu e se fixou, e tornou-se o fundamento das coisas inferiores, e abaixo das trevas não há mais nada.
