Apocalipse de Paulo 25

1Mas eu segui adiante enquanto o anjo me instruía, e ele me levou ao rio de mel, e vi ali Isaías, e Jeremias, e Ezequiel, e Amós, e Miqueias, e Zacarias, os profetas menores e maiores, e eles me saudaram na cidade.

1But I went on while the angel instructed me, and he carried me to the river of honey, and I saw there Isaiah and Jeremiah and Ezekiel and Amos, and Micah and Zechariah, the minor and major prophets, and they saluted me in the city.

2Disse ao anjo: Que caminho é este?

2I said to the angel: What way is this?

3E ele me disse: Este é o caminho dos profetas, todo aquele que tiver afligido a sua alma e não tiver feito a sua própria vontade por causa de Deus, quando tiver saído do mundo e sido levado ao Senhor Deus e o tiver adorado, então, por ordem de Deus, é entregue a Miguel, e este o conduz à cidade, a este lugar dos profetas, e eles o saúdam como amigo e vizinho, porque fez a vontade de Deus.

3And he said to me: This is the way of the prophets, every one who shall have afflicted his soul and not done his own will because of God, when he shall have gone out of the world and have been led to the Lord God and adored him, then by the command of God he is handed over to Michael, and he leads him into the city to this place of the prophets, and they salute him as their friend and neighbour because he did the will of God.
