Apocalipse de Paulo 27

1De novo me tomou e levou-me ao norte da cidade e conduziu-me aonde havia um rio de vinho, e ali vi Abraão, e Isaque, e Jacó, Ló, e Jó e outros santos, e eles me saudaram: e perguntei e disse: Que lugar é este, meu Senhor?

1Again he took me up and carried me to the north of the city and led me where there was a river of wine, and there I saw Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, Lot and Job and other saints, and they saluted me: and I asked and said: What is this place, my Lord?

2O anjo respondeu e disse-me: Todos os que recebem peregrinos, quando saem do mundo, primeiro adoram o Senhor Deus, e são entregues a Miguel e por este caminho são conduzidos à cidade, e todos os justos o saúdam como filho e irmão, e lhe dizem: Porque observaste a humanidade e o acolhimento de peregrinos, vem, tem uma herança na cidade do Senhor nosso Deus: todo justo receberá bens de Deus na cidade, segundo a sua própria ação.

2The angel answered and said to me: All who are receivers of pilgrims, when they go out of the world, first adore the Lord God, and are delivered to Michael and by this way are led into the city, and all the just salute him as son and brother, and say unto him: Because thou hast observed humanity and the receiving of pilgrims, come, have an inheritance in the city of the Lord our God: every just man shall receive good things of God in the city, according to his own action.
