Jubileus 24

1E aconteceu após a morte de Abraão que o Senhor abençoou a seu filho Isaque, e ele saiu de Hebron e foi e habitou no Poço da Visão no primeiro ano da terceira semana deste jubileu por sete anos.

1And it came to pass after the death of Abraham, that the Lord blessed Isaac his son, and he arose from Hebron and went and dwelt at the Well of the Vision in the first year of the third week of this jubilee, seven years.

2E no primeiro ano da quarta semana uma fome iniciou-se na terra, além da primeira fome que aconteceu nos dias de Abraão.

2And in the first year of the fourth week a famine began in the land, besides the first famine, which had been in the days of Abraham.

3E Jacó cozinhou um guisado de lentilhas, e Esaú veio dos campos faminto. E ele disse a Jacó seu irmão: "Me dê desse guisado vermelho." E Jacó disse a ele: "Venda-me teu direito de primogenitura e eu te darei pão, e também um pouco desse guisado de lentilha."

3And Jacob sod lentil pottage, and Esau came from the field hungry. And he said to Jacob his brother: 'Give me of this red pottage.' And Jacob said to him: 'Sell to me thy primogeniture, this birthright and I will give thee bread, and also some of this lentil pottage.'

4E Esaú disse em seu coração: "Eu morrerei, de que me servirá esse direito de primogenitura?" E ele disse a Jacó: "Eu te darei."

4And Esau said in his heart: 'I shall die; of what profit to me is this birthright? And he said to Jacob: 'I give it to thee.'

5E Jacó disse: "Jure-me hoje", e ele jurou a ele.

5And Jacob said: 'Swear to me, this day,' and he sware unto him.

6E Jacó deu a seu irmão Esaú pão e lentilha, e ele comeu até ficar satisfeito, e Esaú desprezou seu direito de primogenitura; por esta razão o nome de Esaú foi chamado de Edom, por causa do guisado vermelho que Jacó lhe deu por seu direito de primogenitura.

6And Jacob gave his brother Esau bread and pottage, and he eat till he was satisfied, and Esau despised his birthright; for this reason was Esau's name called Edom, on account of the red pottage which Jacob gave him for his birthright.

7E Jacó se tornou o mais velho, e Esaú decaiu de sua dignidade.

7And Jacob became the elder, and Esau was brought down from his dignity.

8E a fome estava sobre a terra, e Isaque saiu para descer até o Egito no segundo ano desta semana, e foi ao rei dos Filisteus, para Gerar, para Abimeleque.

8And the famine was over the land, and Isaac departed to go down into Egypt in the second year of this week, and went to the king of the Philistines to Gerar, unto Abimelech.

9E o Senhor apareceu e disse a ele: "Não desça ao Egito. Habite na terra que eu te disser, e peregrina nesta terra, e eu estarei contigo e te abençoarei.

9And the Lord appeared unto him and said unto him: 'Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land that I shall tell thee of, and sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee and bless thee.

10Porque para ti e tua descendência eu darei toda esta terra, e eu estabelecerei meu juramento o qual eu jurei a Abraão seu pai, e eu multiplicarei tua descendência como as estrelas do céu, eu darei a teus descendentes toda essa terra.

10For to thee and to thy seed will I give all this land, and I will establish My oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father, and I will multiply thy seed as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all this land.

11E em tua descendência serão abençoadas todas as nações da terra, porque teu pai obedeceu minha voz, e guardou meus preceitos e meus mandamentos, e minhas leis, e minhas ordenanças, e minha aliança. Agora obedeça minha voz e habite nesta terra."

11And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed, because thy father obeyed My voice, and kept My charge and My commandments, and My laws, and My ordinances, and My covenant; and now obey My voice and dwell in this land.'

12E ele habitou em Gelar três semanas de anos.

12And he dwelt in Gelar three weeks of years.

13E Abimeleque ordenou a respeito dele e a respeito de todos os dele dizendo: "Qualquer homem que tocar nele ou no que é dele certamente morrerá."

13And Abimelech charged concerning him, and concerning all that was his, saying: 'Any man that shall touch him or aught that is his shall surely die.'

14E Isaque se tornava forte entre os Filisteus, e ele tinha muitas posses: Novilhos, ovelhas, camelos, jumentos, e um grande numero de servos.

14And Isaac waxed strong among the Philistines, and he got many possessions, oxen and sheep and camels and asses and a great household.

15E ele semeou na terra dos Filisteus e recolheu o cêntuplo, e Isaque se tornou muitíssimo grande, e os Filisteus o invejaram.

15And he sowed in the land of the Philistines and brought in a hundred-fold, and Isaac became exceedingly great, and the Philistines envied him.

16Agora todos os poços que os servos de Abraão haviam cavado durante a vida de Abraão, os Filisteus haviam encerrado após a morte de Abraão, e entulhado-os com terra.

16Now all the wells which the servants of Abraham had dug during the life of Abraham, the Philistines had stopped them after the death of Abraham, and filled them with earth.

17E Abimeleque disse a Isaque: "Parta de nós, porque tu és muito mais poderoso do que nós", e Isaque partiu dali no primeiro ano da sétima semana, e peregrinou nos vales de Gerar.

17And Abimelech said unto Isaac: 'Go from us, for thou art much mightier than we', and Isaac departed thence in the first year of the seventh week, and sojourned in the valleys of Gerar.

18E eles cavaram novamente os poços de água que os servos de Abraão, seu pai, haviam cavado e os Filisteus haviam fechado após a morte de Abraão seu pai, e ele chamou seus nomes pelos nomes que Abraão seu pai os havia nomeado.

18And they digged again the wells of water which the servants of Abraham, his father, had digged, and which the Philistines had closed after the death of Abraham his father, and he called their names as Abraham his father had named them.

19E os servos de Isaque cavaram um poço no vale, e encontraram água corrente, mas os pastores de Gerar porfiaram com os pastores de Isaque dizendo: "A água é nossa." E Isaque chamou o nome do poço 'Perversidade', porque eles foram perversos conosco.

19And the servants of Isaac dug a well in the valley, and found living water, and the shepherds of Gerar strove with the shepherds of Isaac, saying: 'The water is ours'; and Isaac called the name of the well 'Perversity', because they had been perverse with us.

20E eles cavaram um segundo poço, e eles porfiaram por este também, e ele o chamou pelo nome de 'Inimizade'. E ele partiu dali e eles cavaram um outro poço, e por este eles não porfiaram, e ele o chamou pelo nome de 'Espaço', e Isaque disse: "Agora o Senhor abriu espaço para nós, e nós aumentamos na terra."

20And they dug a second well, and they strove for that also, and he called its name 'Enmity'. And he arose from thence and they digged another well, and for that they strove not, and he called the name of it 'Room', and Isaac said: 'Now the Lord hath made room for us, and we have increased in the land.'

21E ele foi de lá para o Poço do Juramento no primeiro ano da primeira semana do quadragésimo quarto jubileu.

21And he went up from thence to the Well of the Oath in the first year of the first week in the forty-fourth jubilee.

22E o Senhor apareceu a ele naquela noite, na lua nova do primeiro mês, e disse a ele: "Eu sou o Deus de Abraão teu pai; não temas porque eu sou contigo, e te abençoarei e multiplicarei tua descendência como a areia da terra, por causa de Abraão, meu servo."

22And the Lord appeared to him that night, on the new moon of the first month, and said unto him: 'I am the God of Abraham thy father; fear not, for I am with thee, and shall bless thee and shall surely multiply thy seed as the sand of the earth, for the sake of Abraham my servant.'

23E ele construiu um altar lá, o qual Abraão seu pai tinha construído primeiro, e ele clamou ao nome do Senhor, e ele ofereceu sacrifício ao Deus de Abraão seu pai.

23And he built an altar there, which Abraham his father had first built, and he called upon the name of the Lord, and he offered sacrifice to the God of Abraham his father.

24E eles cavaram um poço e eles encontraram água corrente.

24And they digged a well and they found living water.

25E os servos de Isaque cavaram um novo poço, mas não encontraram água, e eles foram e contaram a Isaque que eles não haviam encontrado água, e Isaque disse: "Eu jurei, este dia, aos Filisteus, e esta coisa nos foi anunciada. "

25And the servants of Isaac digged another well and did not find water, and they went and told Isaac that they had not found water, and Isaac said: 'I have sworn this day to the Philistines and this thing has been announced to us.'

26E ele chamou aquele lugar pelo nome de Poço do Juramento; porque lá ele havia jurado a Abimeleque e Auzate, seu amigo, e a Picol, o comandante do exército.

26And he called the name of that place the Well of the Oath; for there he had sworn to Abimelech and Ahuzzath his friend and Phicol the prefect Or his host.

27E Isaque sabia que naquele dia sob constrangimento ele havia jurado manter a paz com eles.

27And Isaac knew that day that under constraint he had sworn to them to make peace with them.

28E Isaque naquele dia amaldiçoou os Filisteus e disse: "Malditos sejam os filisteus até o dia de ira e indignação do meio de todas as nações; que Deus faça-os um escárnio e uma maldição e um objeto de ira e indignação nas mãos dos pecadores, os Gentios, e nas mãos de Quitim. E quem quer que escape da espada do inimigo e de Quitim, que a nação dos justos os extermine em julgamento de debaixo do céu; porque eles serão os inimigos e adversários de meus filhos pelas gerações deles sobre a terra.

28And Isaac on that day cursed the Philistines and said: 'Cursed be the Philistines unto the day of wrath and indignation from the midst of all nations; may God make them a derision and a curse and an object of wrath and indignation in the hands of the sinners the Gentiles and in the hands of the Kittim. And whoever escapes the sword of the enemy and the Kittim, may the righteous nation root out in judgment from under heaven; for they shall be the enemies and foes of my children throughout their generations upon the earth.

29E nenhum remanescente será deixado a eles, nenhum será salvo no dia da ira do julgamento; Porque para a destruição e o extermínio e a expulsão da terra está reservada toda a descendência dos Filisteus, E não deve ser deixado para estes Captorianos um nome nem uma descendência sobre a terra.

29And no remnant shall be left to them, Nor one that shall be saved on the day of the wrath of judgment; For destruction and rooting out and expulsion from the earth is the whole seed of the Philistines reserved, And there shall no longer be left for these Caphtorim a name or a seed on the earth.

30Porque ainda que ele suba ao céu, de lá ele será derrubado. E ainda que ele faça de si grande sobre a terra, de lá ele será arrancado. E ainda que ele se esconda entre as nações, ainda de lá ele será exterminado. E ainda que ele desça até o Inferno, lá também sua condenação será grande, e lá também ele não terá paz.

30For though he ascend unto heaven, Thence shall he be brought down, And though he make himself strong on earth, Thence shall he be dragged forth, And though he hide himself amongst the nations, Even from thence shall he be rooted out; And though he descend into Sheol, There also shall his condemnation be great, And there also he shall have no peace.

31E se ele for aprisionado pelas mãos daqueles que buscam sua vida, que ele seja morto no caminho, e nem nome nem descendentes serão deixados a ele em toda a terra, porque pela maldição eterna ele será expulso. "

31And if he go into captivity, By the hands of those that seek his life shall they slay him on the way, And neither name nor seed shall be left to him on all the earth; For into eternal malediction shall he depart.'

32E assim está escrito e gravado a respeito dele nas tábuas celestes, para que seja feito com ele no dia do julgamento, de modo que ele seja exterminado da terra.

32And thus is it written and engraved concerning him on the heavenly tablets, to do unto him on the day of judgment, so that he may be rooted out of the earth.
